It is also the institution responsible for the Opus card. This is a Quebec government agency which succeeds the Agence métropolitaine de transport (AMT).

The mandate

The Metropolitan Regional Transport Authority located in Montreal was looking for a web agency to support it in radiating on its various web channels.

Following a public call for tenders posted on the SEAO platform, the Swoo agency won the Authority’s mandate and trust for an annual bank of 700 hours over 3 years.

The mandate consists in assisting ARTM in web design, UX / UI design and project management for its various online websites.

Make way for design !

Swoo made several graphic improvements to the websites and proceeded to design new web pages while respecting the ARTM graphic charter. These designs must be attractive to the eye and intuitive! The web tree is constantly redesigned to facilitate navigation.

Javascript & WordPress development and the web government standards

The websites of the various levels of government must respect several standards, such as WCAG 2.O which is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

Any design from the Swoo team meets the highest standards for website accessibility in Quebec and Canada.

The availability of web content is a non-exhaustive list of recommendations to follow to make websites accessible to people with disabilities.
